Not "we want more traffic" — the specific business outcome behind it. New leads? Recovering from a drop? Replacing agency spend?

Minutes 5 – 20

I ask questions

About your site, your team, your previous SEO work, your competitors, your budget reality. I'll usually open your Search Console live on screen-share.

Minutes 20 – 25

I tell you what I think

Honest assessment. If the bottleneck is technical, I say so. If it's content, I say so. If your real problem is paid acquisition or product-market fit, I say that too.

We talk next steps — three possible outcomes

Good fit âś“

  • Founders or marketing leads who can make decisions quickly. I've seen too many projects die in committee.
  • Companies with at least 6 months of patience. SEO compounds. "Next quarter or never" means hire paid media instead.
  • Sites with at least some traction. Brand new with zero traffic? Run paid acquisition first.
  • Budgets above €1,500/month. I don't have a sliding scale below this — I'll refer you to consultants who do great work at smaller budgets.

Not a fit âś•

  • Companies that need guaranteed rankings — no consultant can honestly deliver this.
  • Sites that need black-hat to compete in their niche.
  • Projects with timelines under 3 months.
  • Anyone burned by 3+ previous consultants and now suspicious of all of us — I get it, but I can't repair that in 30 minutes.

Valencia, Spain. I work mostly remote. For local Valencia clients, I can meet in person at El Cabanyal, Ruzafa, or central Valencia.

For everyone else, all meetings on Google Meet or Zoom. Deliverables through Notion or Google Drive.
